We send you renters who arrive registered, informed and ready to apply, in English, Spanish or Korean. We send you renters who arrive registered, informed and ready to apply, in English or Spanish.

What we do for you

  • We register renters with you before their first visit, sent by a licensed agent the way you take referrals: email, portal or phone.

  • If a renter found you on their own, they can still register with us before they tour. Our form takes your community’s name and the tour date, and we text the renter what to tell your leasing office.

  • We call every month to confirm rents, specials and availability, and we print the date on our pages.

  • Your community shows as a card on our neighborhood and city pages, and gets its own page if you want one: name, neighborhood, bedrooms offered, a rent range with the date we checked it, and a link to your website. Photos only with your written permission.

  • Each special shows its expiry date and comes down on that date, or 30 days after we last confirmed it. A listing we have not confirmed in 60 days is hidden until we check it again, and if the agreement is paused or ends, your page and card come down.

  • Renters come knowing your income rule, documents and fees, so fewer applications stall.

  • We match renters to communities by area, move-in date and budget only, never by anything about the person. When your community fits, it goes into the options we text and email to the renter, and every renter gets the same offer in English, Spanish or Korean.

  • We work across 18 Dallas-Fort Worth cities, from Fort Worth and Arlington to McKinney and Flower Mound, and our site has pages for 38 neighborhoods where your card can appear.

What we ask

  • A signed locator agreement.

  • Written consent to our rebate to renters (a move or a cash reward), which is paid from our fee. Restrictions apply. See terms

  • Written permission for photos and floor plans, or a feed we are licensed to show.

  • A leasing contact for the monthly check, and your first-visit rule: when and how a locator has to be named for a referral to count.
