Nothing. Properties pay locators to fill their units, usually a share of the first month’s rent, and only once you have signed and moved in. None of it is added to your rent.

Living in Grapevine
Three facts to place the city. Rents come right after, with their source and date.
01
Between the airport and the lake
Grapevine sits in the northeast corner of Tarrant County, along State Highways 114 and 121, with small parts in Dallas and Denton counties. Part of DFW Airport is inside the city, and the airport, open since 1974, is the city’s main employer.
02
Settled in 1844
Families from Platte County, Missouri, settled along Denton Creek in 1844. The town was laid out around 1854 and named for the wild grapevines on the prairie. It incorporated as Grape Vine on February 12, 1907, and the post office made it one word in 1914.
03
A lake from 1952
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers began building Grapevine Dam in 1948 and finished the reservoir in 1952. Grapevine Lake lies along the north side of the city.
