Nothing. Properties pay locators to fill their units, usually a share of the first month’s rent, and only once you have signed and moved in. None of it is added to your rent.

Living in Flower Mound
Where the name comes from, why it is a town, and the lake on its southern side. Rents are in the next section.
The town takes its name from a 12.5-acre hill about 50 feet high, near FM 3040 and FM 2499. Peters Colony settlers named it for the hill, which was covered in Indian paintbrush.
A town since 1961
Residents voted to incorporate in February 1961, to keep the area from being annexed by Irving. Flower Mound is still, officially, a town.
Grapevine Lake and Marshall Creek form much of the town’s southern boundary. Almost all of Flower Mound is in Denton County, with small areas in Tarrant County.

YOUR LIST, YOUR RULES
Steering a client toward a property for our own benefit is a breach of a broker duty in Texas, not a matter of preference. If you rule an option out, tell us in writing and it stays out.

Every rent on this page shows its source and date. Community rents and specials show the day we checked them; a special comes down 30 days after its last check, and a community we haven’t checked in 60 days comes off our pages.
