The statement

Equal Housing Opportunity

We provide the same service and the same list to everyone, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status or disability.

What that means here

We do not steer. We do not pick neighborhoods for you based on who you are, and we do not leave a property off your list for our own benefit. If you rule a place out, you tell us in writing and it stays out. The same is true in English and in Spanish.

If you believe you were discriminated against

Complaints go to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

We have not been able to read HUD’s complaint address and phone number from HUD itself, so we do not print them here. Publishing the wrong number would be worse than publishing none.
