    Named after the lake

    Southlake takes its name from nearby Grapevine Lake. The city is mostly in Tarrant County, with a small part in Denton County, and sits close to DFW Airport.

  2. 02

    Town Square

    Southlake Town Hall and the public library are in Southlake Town Square, a mixed-use center with shops and restaurants on State Highway 114 and Southlake Boulevard.

  3. 03

    Plan on a car

    There is no bus or rail service inside Southlake’s city limits. The closest train is TEXRail’s Grapevine–Main Street station, about 4 miles from Town Square.
