Free apartment locators in Fort Worth

- What it costs you
- Nothing. Properties pay locators to fill their units, usually a share of the first month rent, and only once you have signed and moved in. Nothing of that is added to your rent.
- Where we work
- We cover Fort Worth and the rest of Dallas-Fort Worth, including the cities below. Tell us the part of town you want and where you commute, and we start your list there. All the neighborhoods
- Languages
- English and Spanish, the same service in both, not a translated version of it.

Living in Fort Worth
Three facts about the city. What you pay and what is open, we tell you when we send your list.
On the Trinity since 1849
Fort Worth began in 1849 as an army outpost on a bluff above the Trinity River. Today it is the county seat of Tarrant County.
The Stockyards
North of downtown, the old cattle market is a historic district, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
Trains from downtown
TEXRail runs from downtown Fort Worth to DFW Airport, Terminal B. The Trinity Railway Express links downtown with Union Station in Dallas.

What we actually do in Fort Worth
Three things happen here that a listing grid cannot do for you.
-
CALLS
Apartment inventory changes. We call the property before presenting a place instead of publishing a stale listing page.
-
WRITING
Steering a client toward a property for our own benefit is a breach of a broker duty in Texas, not a matter of preference. If you rule an option out, tell us in writing and it stays out.
-
NO GRID
The live listing data is not ours to republish. So we do the looking and send you a list instead of handing you a directory you could have found yourself.

Tell us where
One clear request is enough to start. A licensed agent reads it and gets back to you the way you asked.
