APTVIVA / GRAPEVINE
Free apartment locators in Grapevine
- What it costs you
- Nothing. Properties pay locators to fill their units, usually a share of the first month rent, and only once you have signed and moved in. Nothing of that is added to your rent.
- Where we work
- Grapevine is in northeast Tarrant County, right next to DFW International Airport and about halfway between Dallas and Fort Worth. We search apartment communities in Grapevine the same way we do across the rest of DFW.
- Languages
- English and Spanish, the same service in both, not a translated version of it.

What we actually do in Grapevine
Three things happen here that a listing grid cannot do for you.
- 01
CALLS
Apartment inventory changes. We call the property before presenting a place instead of publishing a stale listing page.
- 02
WRITING
Steering a client toward a property for our own benefit is a breach of a broker duty in Texas, not a matter of preference. If you rule an option out, tell us in writing and it stays out.
- 03
NO GRID
The live listing data is not ours to republish. So we do the looking and send you a list instead of handing you a directory you could have found yourself.
