Living in Trinity Groves

Trinity Groves is on the west side of the Trinity River, where the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge comes down onto Singleton Boulevard. Across the bridge, the same road becomes Woodall Rodgers Freeway and runs into downtown. It is part of West Dallas, which the City of Dallas bounds with I-30 on the south, the Trinity River on the east and north, and the river’s West Fork on the west.

The Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, designed by Santiago Calatrava, opened on March 29, 2012, and its main arch is 400 feet tall. Trinity Groves began as a restaurant concept incubator, where chefs try out a new restaurant idea to see if it can grow. Its restaurants, dessert shops, a beer garden, a speakeasy, an arcade and an outdoor art park sit on the riverbank with a view of the downtown skyline.
