Carrollton neighborhoods

Carrollton has four places on the map. Downtown Carrollton station serves both the DART Green Line and the Silver Line: the raised Green Line platform opened on December 6, 2010, and the street-level Silver Line platforms on October 25, 2025. Beside the tracks stands the 1924 depot of the Missouri–Kansas–Texas railroad, moved 300 feet in 2008.

Trinity Mills station is where the Green Line meets DCTA’s A-train to Lewisville and Denton, at the I-35E and President George Bush Turnpike interchange in north Carrollton. Josey Ranch runs along Josey Lane, around Josey Ranch Lake, and North Carrollton/Frankford, around Frankford Road, is the northern end of the Green Line and the only DART station in Denton County.

The DART Green Line ends at North Carrollton/Frankford and also stops at Trinity Mills and Downtown Carrollton. Trinity Mills is the southern end of the A-train to Lewisville and Denton, and Downtown Carrollton is a stop on DART’s Silver Line to DFW Airport.
