The Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts, which opened in September 2002 and belongs to the City of Richardson, is the main venue of the Richardson and Plano symphony orchestras. Its Margaret and Al Hill Performance Hall seats 1,563, and a second theater takes 230 to 400 people, depending on how it is set up.

Getting around
- Galatyn Park station is on the DART Red Line, and a shuttle bus crosses US 75 to the Palisades office and residential park. CityLine/Bush, where the Silver Line to DFW Airport stops, is one Red Line stop north, and Arapaho Center is the next stop south. By car, US 75 runs past it.
Close to home
The Galatyn Park urban center has a 2-acre pedestrian plaza between the hall, the station and the Renaissance hotel. The plaza fountain has 70 programmable jets that run by day and by night.
The plaza hosts the annual Wildflower! Arts and Music Festival, and the Eisemann Center is at 2351 Performance Drive. CareNow urgent care is on West Campbell Road, about a mile southwest.

How do I cross US 75 without a car?
On weekdays, DART route 408, the Palisades e-shuttle, runs from the station to the Palisades office and residential park on the other side of the freeway. As of October 2026, buses leave the station every 20 minutes, from about 6:20 to 9:40 a.m. and from 3:20 to 6:30 p.m.
