Windrose Avenue runs from the Sam Rayburn Tollway south to Legacy Drive. Shops and restaurants line it, and a 3,500-square-foot fountain sits in its plaza. There is no rail station nearby, so most people drive in on the Dallas North Tollway or the Sam Rayburn Tollway.
