Free apartment locators in Arlington
- What it costs you
- Nothing. Properties pay locators to fill their units, usually a share of the first month rent, and only once you have signed and moved in. Nothing of that is added to your rent.
- Where we work
- Arlington sits in Tarrant County, between Dallas and Fort Worth, so it is an option if you work in either city. We search apartment communities in Arlington the same way we do across the rest of DFW. All the neighborhoods
- Languages
- English and Spanish, the same service in both, not a translated version of it.

Living in Arlington
Three facts about the city. What you pay and what is open, we tell you when we send your list.

ADMIT ONE01 / 03
A university town
The University of Texas at Arlington sits at the southern edge of downtown Arlington. It has been part of the University of Texas System since 1965.

ADMIT ONE02 / 03
The Entertainment District
The Dallas Cowboys play at AT&T Stadium and the Texas Rangers at Globe Life Field, both in Arlington. Six Flags Over Texas, the original Six Flags park, is here too.

Rideshare instead of buses
Arlington has no fixed-route buses or trains. The city runs Arlington On-Demand, a shared rideshare you book in an app, which covers the whole city and reaches the CentrePort TRE station.
What we actually do in Arlington
Three things happen here that a listing grid cannot do for you.
- 01
CALLS
Apartment inventory changes. We call the property before presenting a place instead of publishing a stale listing page.
- 02
WRITING
Steering a client toward a property for our own benefit is a breach of a broker duty in Texas, not a matter of preference. If you rule an option out, tell us in writing and it stays out.
- 03
NO GRID
The live listing data is not ours to republish. So we do the looking and send you a list instead of handing you a directory you could have found yourself.
