Oak Cliff, across the river

Oak Cliff in three stops
01 Where it is
Oak Cliff is on the other side of the Trinity River from downtown: roughly I-30 to the north, Loop 12 to the west, I-45 to the east and I-20 to the south. It was its own town in 1887 and joined Dallas in 1903.
02 What is here
It is big, and it is many neighborhoods, not one: Bishop Arts, Kessler Park and Winnetka Heights are three of dozens, with early-to-mid-century streets and many parks. Oak Cliff on its own does not tell us enough; tell us which part.
03 Getting around
The Dallas Streetcar links Oak Cliff with downtown: it opened in 2015 and was extended to Bishop Arts in 2016.
