How we got here
It started with a simple ask.
People moving to Dallas kept asking us the same thing: where should I live, and who can I trust? Answering them turned into our work.
We learned where the time goes.
Most of an apartment search is phone calls, waiting and listings that are already gone. So we took that part on ourselves.
Now the move comes with it.
Today our team handles the search from the first call to the keys, and qualifying leases include part of the move.
